AquaFit

AquaFit combines strength training and muscle toning in the supportive environment of the water. The natural resistance of the pool replaces weights and machines, delivering a full-body workout that challenges your muscles without the joint stress of land-based lifting.

Whether you are new to fitness, returning after a long break, or looking for a more sustainable way to maintain strength as you age, AquaFit meets you exactly where you are.

Rehabilitation & Recovery

Water Walking

Water Walking is our most therapeutic offering: a guided, personalized program for people recovering from injury, surgery, stroke, or illness who need to rebuild strength and mobility in a safe, supportive environment.

Buoyancy reduces the load on joints and muscles by up to 90%, making movement possible when it is not possible on land. Our therapeutic instructors work with you personally to develop a program matched to your recovery goals.

Aqua Cardio

Aqua Cardio is everything you want from a cardio workout: elevated heart rate, real calorie burn, and improved endurance, without any of the pounding on your knees, hips, or back. Water provides natural resistance in every direction, so you work harder than it feels like you should.

Classes are upbeat, energetic, and fun. Expect music, movement, and a serious sweat, all in the safe environment of the pool.

Family Swim

Family Swim is dedicated time in the pool for parents and children to enjoy the water together. Playful, relaxed, and a great way to introduce younger children to the water in a safe, supervised, warm pool environment.

Whether your family is working on water confidence or just wants a reason to get moving together, Family Swim gives you the space to do it.
